Social Anxiety
Social anxiety is one of the more common anxiety disorders. It is characterized by an intense fear of social situations where individuals fear that they will be judged by others. People with social anxiety may experience a high level of anxiety in anticipation of an event, or they may experience a panic attack at an activity, and/or may avoid social activities altogether. Some of the physical symptoms include racing heartbeat, tremors or shakiness, sweating, diarrhea, and blushing.

Performance Anxiety

Depression
Temporary depression is called "reactive depression." It's usually a natural reaction to a situation or event, such as loss of a job, a broken relationship, or death of a loved one.
But when the depression persists beyond a reasonable length of time it becomes a disorder with disturbances of mood, emotion, and judgment. It then becomes "functional" or "clinical" depression.

Loneliness
Feeling lonely? If so, you already know it's a terrible feeling.
According to the dictionary, “alone” emphasizes isolation from others but does not imply unhappiness; whereas “loneliness” adds to isolation the painful consciousness of it. That's because feeling lonely does not always come from being alone.

Phobias
A phobia is a strong, persistent, and irrational fear elicited by a specific stimulus or situation. About one out of ten people suffer a severe fear of specific objects, activities, or settings. However, phobias can be easily overcome through quick and effective help (i.e., coaching, counseling, or therapy).
The list of phobias is virtually endless. It includes abnormal fear of death or dying, dentists, bridges, heights, closed spaces, open spaces, crowds, animals, public speaking, among many others.

Panic Attacks
Sudden, spontaneous, severe panic attacks are a particularly debilitating form of anxiety. These attacks may last only a few minutes or as long as several hours, and usually occur without warning. Without adequate and proper intervention, panic attacks often increase in severity and frequency.
Sustained, severe anxiety can be mentally, emotionally and physically damaging.
